This is basic lager with a big white head that rapidly dissipates, a pale golden body with crystal clarity, and a grassy nose. Pleasing buttered biscuit note is the backbone of the flavor, with a little floral hop presence and a touch of fruit, maybe grape skin. Right level of carbonation, and a clean finish. Pretty solid lager for a light beer.

Pale AF in color, brilliantly clear, pours a decent sized creamy head that lingers.
Slight DMS/corn kind of aroma at first, but overall minimal aroma
Very slightly fruity (apple) flavor up front, but overall pretty minimal on the flavor. Not much hop character. Just a clean drinking light lager.
Light-medium body and fairly high carbonation.
Question I have when a craft brewery makes something like this one - is it really better than the cheaper, macro versions? Super drinkable and refreshing on a hot day, but really for people that don't like beer.

Poured from the growler less than 24 hours from fill up into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Pale lemon brass colored body, slightly straw colored with excellent clarity. Nice small amount of linear carbonation but not excessive. Nearly frothy rich bright white head, reaching an easy two plus finger height. Settles slowly to an excellent crown and beveled thin puck. Real nice looker.
Classic and solid aroma. Clean scented with touches of a little pasty and yeasty bread. Faint touch of herbal hop presence also, but light as to be expected, but far much more present than most lighter lagers. Nice.
Palate brings some interesting surprises. Chewy mixed fronted palate with a touch of dense bread dough, but also faint hints of a spritzy mouthfeel. Light bodied, but flirts with session ale qualities, and wet character but true to style. Steely finish a bit, touches an almost cracker dry flavor on the finish also. Touches maybe a little bit of citrus hop finish too.
As true to light lager it is, it's got a very solid profile and luck. Very well put together.
