Poured from a 12 0z. can into a tulip glass. Orange tinted golden color with a two finger bright white head that dissipated to a thin film quickly. Moderate lacing. Aroma - Well I tried and tried to detect something but . . . nothing. Sweet caramel forward followed by a touch of pineapple and dry moderate piney hops that linger just a bit on the finish. Moderate-heavy feel with light carbonation. For some reason the mouthfeel just really feels good with the taste. Overall, I was expected something in the aroma and a bit more layered flavor. My can was fresh. Perhaps me?

Was lucky enough to get to try this on a drop ship to MN. Pours a slight hazed light cola color. Smell is citrus and floral hops. Taste has citrus and some pine cone hop. Mouth feel has nice bitterness with more pine on the palate. Hope DC Brau continues to drop in again.

Pours a semi clear golden color. 1 finger white and frothy head. Retention is decent. The foam does cling to the side of the glass.
The nose is, well, minimal. I'm just not getting much of anything, sadly. Just a faint hop hint, and it seems pine to me.
Taste - Ok, this is way better than the nose let on. There's a lot of pine in this beer. A very WCIPA.
The body is thick. The pine lingers in my throat.
While the aroma is a let down, the rest of the beer is dam solid. Good to drink.

12oz can stamped ENJOY OUR BEER 01/09/20 3159 09:57 poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp 9.2% ABV. The beer pours hefe-hazy in an orange tinted light amber color with plenty of off white head. The head recedes to inch thick cap leaving plenty of lacing. The aroma is mild with caramel and earthy hops. The taste is big sweet caramel malt at first with moderately bitter earthy hops through the middle and finish. The mouthfeel is medium plus bodied with average carbonation and a sticky, oily finish. Overall, good. I would not want to try it much older, as I suspect it's lost a little punch over three months.

Pours an effervescent amber with one finger of cream colored head. Above average head retention & nice lacing
S: Some breadyness,
T: Big time pineyness, some pineapple, & bready dryness up front. Cakeyness, woody hops & a little sweet orange, plus plenty of dryness as this warms. Finishes dry with some grapefruit & more pronounced pineyness
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, nice balance
I wish this can was fresher, but this will do as a placeholder review until I can score this. Still a rock solid DIPA

Quarantine diary day thirteen: watching Groundhog Day. Or perhaps it’s watching me. A distinction without a difference. 12 oz. can.
Perfect pale clear gold. The nose is thick, wet citrus mixed with sugar. Like a West Coast IPA that someone spit sugar in.
On the Wings of Armageddon – Amarillo is a beer I bought, and then went back the next day to buy four more, since it’s apparently a one-time drop in MN. And they’re disappearing fast. Heavy pine & citrus jolt the palate, but it’s the mouthfeel that’s notable. Thick, like pine sap dripping down my chin, just like the base beer & unusual in an IPA. Finish is long caramel malt & moderate bitterness.
West Coast IPA with a Russian Imperial Stout twist. Excellent beer.

L-Pours a tan/oak color...some cloudiness
S-Big dose of floral hops on the aroma...touch of pine....and a little citrus
T-Flavor brings a bit more citrus (unsweetened grapefruit)....floral impressions are there...piney....
F-Has the weight of a dipa but I like how it does not come across too sweet with the malt. Hops definitely lead this parade. Finishes dry and with a good dose of bitterness,
O-I love amarillo hops so I was hoping I'd like this and I do. West Coast style DIPA. Very good.
