Boozy barrel aged milk stout in Jameson casks.

Appearance: Pours an indigo ink color with a one finger beige head that slowly fades; excellent lacing
Smell: The smell of Jameson Irish Whiskey is pronounced with milk chocolate and oak tones underneath; somewhat roasty, as well
Taste: Milk chocolate, moderate roast and oak forward, with the Jameson flavors building; excellent balance between the elements through the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation; silky
Overall: How weird is this....I am writing this review and a commercial for Jameson Orange comes on; anyway, I prefer Irish Whiskey to all the other brown liquids but I had never even thought about Irish Whiskey barrel aging; kudos to DC Brau for doing this and we need other brewers to step up their game
