Notes:
For centuries the Drosten Stone has remained shrouded in mystery. Scholars cannot agree on the origin of the rock. The inscription, "Drosten: Ipeuoret [E]ttfor Cos" is just as much of an enigma itself. This beer as well, is such a conundrum. Please don't ponder its' existence for centuries as you would assuredly go insane. Just be happy it exists.

2021 vintage
Pours very dark brown with ruby highlights, thin tan head that quickly recedes, thick rings of lace
Smells like bourbon, oak, dark fruit, caramel, vanilla, malt
Dried fruit leaning towards the darker side: dried red plums and prunes, some cherry and pear, malt, caramel flavors, vanilla, wood
Heavy bodied with appropriately low carbonation, clean, warming alcohol without burn, dry finish
Really great Wee Heavy. Gonna leave the last couple from the 4pk age at least a year or two.
