A Lambic-style beer, aged 3 years in fresh chardonnay barrels. Pronounced lactic acid sourness, w/ notes of apple, lemon, apricot, and chardonnay, vanilla, oak, barnyard, saddle leather, touch of acetic acid. Uses 2-row malt, malted wheat, raw wheat, flaked oats, and the tiniest amount of Tradition hop. Perfect for a the fall days ahead!

Beautiful, cloudy golden color. Nicely balanced sour with the yeast balanced well.
