Light and sweet. Not really smokey but higher alcohol than you'd expect from the taste and mouthfeel. Great for a canadian but sub par by american standards.
Good nose and colour are the standouts. If they plan to add jalapenos or cask age it, it would be the perfect base. Inoffensive and in need of direction.
