Bottle from the newly-opened Kensington bar/retail store. Described as "a lemon verbena Gose salted with pink Himalayan, hit with Lactobacillus and finished with fresh cantaloupe juice." Golden with almost no head. The cantaloupe comes through in the nose, along with some herbal notes and a slight lactic scent. Flavour is disappointing. Quite mild despite all the additives, lightly tart with the salt fairly prominent. Cantaloupe is there a bit, but it all tastes a bit watered down with some salt. Disappointing.
