33cL pour at the brewpub. From notes.
A - Poured a hazy blonde sort of colour. One finger soapy white head. Weak retention and no lacing. Tons of carbonation.
S - Well hopped. Noble hop is clearly there with some biscuity malt. Fruity and grassy notes are there also.
T - Quite grassy. A barnyard sorta taste. Hay and noble hop. Malt body is nice and light. Significant skunk or noble hop present. To style it would seem.
M - Medium carbonation with a light to medium body and a little bitterness in the finish.
O/D - Easy drinking and very refreshing. A little skunky from the heavy dose of noble hop but it seems quite to style and very fresh.
