Pours VERY cloudy, with a yeast cloud that takes several minutes to settle.
Taste is very yeast-forward, but with a spicy malt flavor that is like a cross between wheat and rye malt. Hops are fairly notable on the mid-palate; though not sharply defined, they lend a definite spicy, slightly citrus flavor. Mouthful is fairly full, well-carbonated. This beer really needs to settle down, but for a first batch it has definite potential.
