Monasta pours a little darker than most BSPAs I have had, and I suspect that is due to the inclusion of honey in the beer. The color is deep blond/gold, and there is a small white head upon pouring. The head breaks quickly leaving little behind, including a dearth of lacing. The smell is sweet and malty with the elements of the aforementioned honey really coming through strongly. Taste is sweet, almost too sweet. Again the honey is up front and then you get a little bit of spices, a touch of bubblegum and very little hops. Feel is light, and the carbonation is just enough to let you know it's there, actually this might be one of the more pleasant aspects of the beer.
If you like that honey taste, you will find this beer great. For me, it needs more than that, but it is still an okay beer.
