An African export stout produced from the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012. Made with coffee, vanilla, and yams.
Pours a nice dark brown/black colour, with a pretty nice looking head.
Smells nicely of coffee, very yummy.
Tastes at first quite watery, though strong roasted/burnt malt taste to go with the coffee, creating quite an odd experience. It stays quite watery, and the burnt flavours get a bit overwhelming. Not great but fairly drinkable. Would prefer a bit more body to it.
Quite a good beer but overall i'm left feeling rather underwhelmed by it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
