Brew Date Nov. 20, 2010. 10 degree Plato gravity. 500mL can.
Appearance: Orange-brown color, bit dark for an adjunct lager, maybe that's a good sign. Very little foam on pouring. No head retention, no lacing, just a few errant bubbles.
Smell: Light malty smell, just a whiff of hops.
Taste: Slightly bitter, with hardly any malt flavor. Don't even taste the adjunct grains.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, low carbonation. Crisp, slightly bitter finish.
Overall: Not a terrible adjunct lager; I've had worse. Inoffensive in its own way. Would be okay with most Chinese foods. At least moderately refreshing.
