Pours a light gold with moderate head retention. Hazy, but not as cloudy as some hefes I've had.
The nose socks you with bubblegum aromas, though there's a spicy clove in their as well. The taste is like a spicy banana with a little bit of peach in the background. Not overly banana-y, though that is certainly the dominant flavor. A little watery in the mouth with – in my opinion – too little carbonation.
Overall a pleasant, light, balanced, and easily drinkable weizen, though it lacks anything to make it stand out.
