Bought the beer at World Market as part of a Winter Beers pack.
Poured from a 12 FL oz bottle into a Pilsner style glass.
Minimal head. Quickly dissipates. Enough power to stick to the sides of the glass. Bubbles continuing from below. Decent carbonation.
Smell is light, nutty, bonded leather with a hint of celery.
Mouthfeel is very light, carbonated, a lingering viscosity.
The taste is slightly nutty, light, chestnuts, rhubarb, grass.
Overall the beer is drinkable but unremarkable.
The label says that it is brewed by the BBC Beer Company in Louisville KY and that Jubilee Supports the Oasis Center. www.jubileebeer.com.

Received a 12 FL OZ bottle of this "English Style Brown Ale" from the Jubilee Beer Rep @ the East Nashville Beer Festival in Nashville, TN. Poured from the White labeled bottle w/ a community of people listening to music into a 12oz Snifter Glass. On the side of the label has, BOTTLED ON M-10 stamped out of the label.
Aroma- Very big malt and sweetness on the nose. May have some toffee but will have to double check. No hop aroma.
Appearance- Pours a 1 finger head that dies quickly. Has the deepest caramel/light brown body with no haze. Leaves suds behind but very light.
Flavor- Has a very sweet, toffee flavor upfront and then hints of biscuit come around. Stout like characters without the body. Light bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel- Light-Medium Bodied, Medium-High Carbonation, Smooth, and has a residual sweetness that I find in many like this style.
Overall Impression- A very sweet example of the style and is definitely worth checking out. Wish there was a bit more body but the caramel/toffee character was great. If distributed to your state, pick some up!

Thanks to GuardianKnot for the chance to taste this one. Poured into my dfh snifter, pours a slick dark brown color, about 1/2 inch of white head. no real retention. Smell- malty, nutty, and somewhat grainy. Not a lot going on here. Taste- toffee, nutty, decent malty presence. Mouthfeel- pretty avg. Drinkability- this is a decent session beer.

The box says that Jubilee will donate 50% of its profits of this beer to the Oasis Center, a local charity for the youth of Nashville. I think that is a great idea and an extra incentive to "drink local."

Appearance is a dark brownish-red mahogany color, with a good amount of bubbles seen in the glass. The tan head is about a finger high and lends itself to a fair amount of lacing.
Aroma is very nicely done. The malts have smells of caramel, chocolate, and a toffee sweetness. Also has a nutty or woody character.
The taste is a good malty beer - nutty and a little sweet, but not overly so. Balanced well with a slight bitterness. A little alcohol warmth is present as well. Body is medium with a moderate amount of carbonation. The finish is dry, with malt and nutty flavors.
Overall a smooth, easy drinking session beer. Highly enjoyable and recommended.
