Poured from the bottle into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Muted light copper and crystal clear body color for an appearance, with just a nice amount of rising carbonation that's about pinhead in size. Fluffy topped white head, slightly bright but with a bit of clump and fine lacing. Good standing tall at three fingers with decent staying power too. Very nice looking pils.
Aroma is a muted floral and herbal hop quality, but lightly present on the nose. Malt action is more akin to toasty qualities.
Palate goes for more simple bitterness and forgoing a little bit of pils character. Crisp and light bodied but hints slightly wet in mouthfeel. Darker malt quality somewhere slightly more towards light brown but not Vienna but not quite. Toasty and herbal character with a bit of pine astringency on the finish. More herbal qualities hit the aftertaste with a big amount of breath mint aromas and flavor. Very clean. After some warmth there's almost a play in candy like mint and muted caramel sweetness which is a nice contrast between bitter and sweetness.
Very interesting lager from these guys, glad to see they are trying new things too.

Another solid opb offering, initial aroma was a hint of floral with an underlying sulfur- I was expecting more hop but it was not at all unpleasant The head quickly disappeared, clear copper with a very smooth mouthfeel, floral hop flavor, not an American hop bomb but a very delicately balanced lager...very well done

Copper color with moderate carbonation. thin white head, not much lacing.
Smell is of hops, but not strong.
Lager taste with bitterness at the end.
Medium mouth feel.
A refreshing brew for a warm summer day.
