A big diacetyl mess. Other beers were solid, but this was a very poor, unfinished beer.

Very clean and mild. Another quality traditional English brew, but really nothing special.

Good take on an English IPA. Pours a bright clear copper color with a medium size white head, average retention, and good spotty lacing.
Aroma is fairly mild, malty.
Taste is good. The base malts are the backbone of this beer, as befits an English IPA. There is a good background bitterness as well. Nicely balanced on the malty side.
Mouthfeel is rich and crisp. Just right. No unpleasant alcohol presence.
Overall a very refreshing beer and a good representative of the style.

Presents a dark gold in color. Initial frothy head lasts for just a while leaving behind clingy lacing through the tasting. Initial tasting reveals a pleasant hop bite that is somewhat balanced by the base malts. Challenger hops used in this concoction- lending a controlled but pleasant bitterness as seen in English IPAs. Thus not overly bitter and quite clean. Hop presence leaves a tingly persistent mouthfeel that is not heavy in nature- perhaps a little lighter than the American brethren. Finish is again clean with that pleasant happy aftertaste. Nice English IPA here- quite worth a tasting!
