Tap at the brewery
Pours clear amber red, half inch of eggshell head retains well.
Smells of rich caramel and biscuit malt.
Tastes of caramel malt with a dry bitter hop finish.
Pretty nice ale with good flavor balance and goes down easy.

Good session beer. Actually meets the abv requirements. Pours a clear amber color with a minimal white head. Less than average retention, although the chilled pint glass it was served in might have contributed to the small head. Fairly good lacing on the glass.
Aroma is mild. Some bready and toasted malts.
Tastes pretty good. A dry, mild tasting malty beer with some balancing bitterness. Goes down real easy. Crisp and light mouthfeel. Enough flavor to keep you interested over a long session.
Overall a solid beer for its style.
