A traditional Bohemian Pilsner brewed with European malts, ample Czech Saaz and Tettnang hops. With notes of lemon and spice, this earthy and bitter-balanced brew is our nod to the old world.

Pours as a dark gold pilsner. The smell is a mild pilsner smell that lets you know what you are getting into, which is something good. It's a mild toasty pils with less bitterness than many of its class. Compared to golden types, it's more roasted than golden.
