Made with Sorachi Ace hops, Saki Yeast, raspberries & white wine
how do you classify it
I say it's a Oriental Braggott
It's a murky purple funky looking thing with a small off white head
it smells like Frankenberry cereal made up with Pannepot instead of milk
It tastes a bit like raspberries in balsamic vinegar but with a much sour edge
& then a bit of lapsang souchong
It feels stronger than 10%
I think this is good stuff
it's a puzzle wrapped in an enigma fermented with saki yeast
