I had this beer yesterday, bottled July 28 2015, opened Jan 21 2016.
As soon as you crack this open the salty, briney smell pours out from the bottle. Pours with a decent, fizzy head.
It had more of a orange citrus character than I was expecting - adding a little bit of a tropical note to the beer. Still very much a classic lemony-salty gose, however. In the taste, I also had a bit of trouble deciphering the exact flavour. It had a dry, minerally aspect that was hard to pin down. The label suggests it might have been seaweed, but I haven't had seaweed enough to confirm that was what I was tasting.
If you like goses, this is a solid beer, although maybe a touch too tart.

Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is really fruity with mango and peach, but you can also tell that it's a tart beer. Indeed, the taste is sour up-front, slightly fruity with some kind of minerality to it. Body is light and dry. Aftertaste is fruity and leaves your mouth dry. Overall it's a nice gose, maybe just a bit too sour for the style.
