L: slightly undercarbonated with little head, but very dark and clear with slight red around edges. 4/5
S: dark fruits plums heavy malt and Brett 4/5
T: strong malt and dark fruits up front, barn yard/horse taste in the middle bit very balanced. Heavy alcohol bit in the background 4.75/5
F: smooth and silky, slightly slick on front of tongue, 4.5/5
O: this beer gets better the more I drink it. Very balanced but I could only have one beer in a setting with the strength. Would be a great one to end the night with. Highly recommend it but the Brett is an aquired taste. Well done Buxton. 4/5
