Pale - Simcoe, Amarillo & Southern Cross

Pours a slightly orange pale copper with small head that leaves some lace. Nose is citrus (orange rind) and pine, but also has floral notes. Flavor leads with a false sweetness and the orange, but pine and drying bitterness follow. Finish is long with firm but not overly strong resin bitterness. Overall, another very good beer from Buxton.
