Pours an unfiltered yellow with a stable, solid white head.
Smells of sugary white bread dough, lime pulp and lighter grass, with an additional flowery quality.
Has a softer mouthfeel with a light, enjoyable and thirst quenching body.
Tastes of bitter, lime forward hops, producing a solid dryness, enriched by dried leaves and sweet, fruity orange bonbons. Continues to establish an intense, complex bitterness with lighter blueberry bush, unripe papaya and even more, uncompromisingly dry lime chunks. Finishes with unripe berries, aged grass and the already mentioned, strong headed limes, finding a worthy antagonist in lighter, sweet caramel.
This is pretty intense and well made with a fantastic hoppiness and refreshment to it.
