Can. Black. Thick frothy head which reduces to a more dense form. Light tan with a reddish tinge.
Creamy malt smell. Fruit juices provide a mild interruption to the malt but come into their own upon tasting. Mainly blackberry and raspberry. Currants give a tartness. Some liquorice is present. Robust flavours.
Velvety feel.
Fruit beer in my opinion and scored as such. As a an imperial stout then overall would be 3.25. These fruits do not enhance the essence of a stout. In general I'm unimpressed by additives.
