On tap in a tall sniffer.
Orange peel and brown sugar nose.
Silty. Cooked pastry. Papaya. Fire in the grain storage loft put out by a springtime drizzle. Herbal bitterness.
Fresh feeling and very drinkable.

Flavour is sweet malt, then patchouli and bitter

Pours a clear amber with fine head.
Smell is malty and a bit sweet with some earthy hints. Notes of citrus and leather.
Taste is malty, sweet an a bit floral and earthy. Moderate bitterness with notes of leathet, citrus and brown bread.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice bitter, a bit too earthy though.
