There are a lot of layers of sweet at work here with a strong oaky tobacco note underneath them all that picks up steam towards the finish keeping things balanced and intriguing. I taste apricot, orange gummi slice candy, cinnamon fig cake, woody vanilla, plenty of caramel and more. Thanks Tim, this is a great way to unwind after an exhaustingly fun day. 2020 canning according to the label.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a nice dark brown with little head. The nose bursts with caramel and vanilla. Not much is revealed on the nose. The taste is really nice. Caramel candy, prunes, malts, banana, slight oak, and some tree bark. Some marmalade kicks in after a few minutes. The mouthfeel is medium bodied.
