Frederiksberg 29/12 2025. 40 cl from tap at Bootleggers Craft Beer Bar, Frederiksberg Allé, Frb. C.

Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a more pronounced scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. A bit subdued. Citrus and lime.

Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.

They are playing Toto at Bootleggers. Bland, nondescript and pleasant like this beer.

440ml can from Tesco supermarket (£3):
Translucent gold with a 3cm, foamy white head that holds well. Pine & grapefruit nose mainly, dry hops & orange with a candy sweetness at the end. Orange with grapefruit hops for the taste with some bitter pine to finish. It's sharp, slightly floral but disappointing; one of Buxtons worst efforts for me.
