We just couldn't help ourselves. We doubled-down with a mash-up of hop variants CF316 and CF321 for a double IPA version of the highly acclaimed Hop Heats series.

Copenhagen 27/8 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Frb. F. Off-white can with some hop plants making an impression.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with big white head. Settles 1 cm thick, frothy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of overripe and fermented tropical fruit mingling with a sharp citric scent. Mango and passion fruit. Hint of decay. Citrus and lemon.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a distinct sweet undertone, Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with touch of alcohol.
Pleasant enough - not too boozy and with a fine bitter touch.
