A Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale. We've dry hopped this one using two of our all time favourite hops; Simcoe and Citra, bringing bright citrus aroma and flavour along with some notes of pine to the palate and nose.

Copenhagen 2/5 2022. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Søndre Boulevard, Kbh. V. Mosaic of shards in different shades of green on the can.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a big white head. Settles as uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with citric fumes. Dry vibe. Peach and mango. Citrus and grapefruit. A bit acerbic.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit flat but fairly well-balanced and pleasant.
