Copenhagen 20/8 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. A Hop Flower which apparently has an digestive system on the can. There is something I've missed about biology.
Pours unclear dark amber with small bubbly head. Disappears leaving what looks like de-carbonated Coca Cola behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense and balanced between sweet raspberry and sour citrus. Sweet berries, sugar. Sharp citric peeking through. Fresh.
Light carbonation. Oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger citric, sourness. Touch of vinegar. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nicely balanced with a light overweight to the sour side and a fine vinous dryness.
