Gravity halfpint at the Euston Tap.
A: Clear medium amber body under a solid cap of frothy, dense eggshell foam. Very good retention, lots of lace. Great.
S: Very dry, nutty maltiness balanced with some herbal hops. Restrained and pretty standard.
T: Some interesting malt notes here, reminding me of the maltiness in a good highland Scotch. Lots of nuttiness midway through. Clean, bitter finish. Ok.
M: Light-bodied and lightly carbonated. Pleasant.
O: A solid but eminently forgettable Bitter.
