330 ml can, from Être Gourmet, Belgium. ABV is 3.6%. Pale golden colour, large to moderate white head. Uninteresting dusty and grainy aroma, hints of earthy hops. The flavour is better, decent citric and earthy hops throughout. Acceptable mouthfeel for its low ABV.

A: A golden ale with nice bubbly whitish head.
S: Piney and floral.
T: Slightly piney with a touch of earthiness. Crisp and very bitter but it works. Has that menthol anaesthetising quality.
O: Just a nice modern pale ale.

Coming in a 330ml brown bottle, bottle-conditioned; bottled on 11/2013, served mildly-chilled in a straight pint glass. Notes: according to the back label, American Chinook hops seem to be the only variety used in this brew.
A: pours a lightly hazy, dark yellow-ish straw colour, very like a glass of honey drink, coming with a thin layer of off-white foamy head with relatively good retention, on top of faint carbonation.
S: upfront the hop aroma is everywhere to be enjoyed, featuring citric notes, grapefruit peels, earthy hints of dried leafy hops and lightly sulphuric notes. Given a good swirl, the clean grapefruity aroma is accompanied by sweet floral notes and subtly grainy maltiness. Clean, hoppy, well-conditioned in the bottle.
T: very very good… on the entry, the flavour is predominantly grainy without much sweetness, going hand in hand with the hop bitterness and a rather dry and lightly spicy mouthfeel; clean in the finish, where the bitterness and dried grapefruit-peels-like tannins linger on top of any other residual flavour elements.
M&O: light-bodied, thirst-quenching, consistently hoppy from the aroma through to the palate, this Golden Bitter enjoys more integrity than the Buxton Pale Ale I had last night, perhaps due to the fact that the yeast sediments are far more stable in this bottle. Hoppy, refreshingly carbonated, decently bitter with a good long dry finish. Well worth a try.

Cloudy pale yellow body (in all fairness I only let it have about 2-3 hours to settle and it's bottle conditioned) big foamy white head
Pineapple and other tropical fruits on the nose
Big tastes fruity hops delivering complex layers of flavours that build to a bitter finish
tho slightly tart and no trace of sweetness
It has a slightly watery MF but it is a light 3.6%
Overall a lot of tongue punching goodness

Gravity half-pint at The Euston Tap.
A: Clear gold body with a thin white head that settles slowly into a ring and leaves tons of sticky lace. Excellent.
S: Pungent hops (mostly citrus, a bit of pine) in front of a core of bready malt. Really fresh, clean, and balanced.
T: Follows the nose - flavorful hops right up front (grapefruit dominates) followed by some restrained malt sweetness and closed out with clean bitterness. Very dry aftertaste, and a surprisingly long one for a session ale. Delicious.
M: Fairly light-bodied with soft, delicate carbonation. Quite nice.
O: Terrific beer. It's got all the character of a full-strength Pale Ale packed into a manageable 3.6%. It's a winner.
