Light gold color. Moderate head leaving many streaks on the glass.
Clean fresh smell. Stronger pale malt than floral hop. Attractive.
This beer is deceptively simple but yet has subtle complexity. The flavoring is typical of a bitter with an extra dollop of bittering hop. There's also subtle fruitiness to the taste and the hop isn't only peppery, there's light pine and citrus rind in the background.

Commercial Notes
We brewed the “EPA” last year as a “Celebration Of English Hops” and whilst it was a nice beer, it didn’t quite fulfil its remit of showcasing English hops and proving to the world that interesting, aromatic, juicy hops can be grown here too.
Today, we brewed it again with copious late additions of three of the finest English hops we found that day at Faram’s. It will be dry-hopped in cask before release as well, so we are hopeful of a great, All-English Beer!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
