Back in August 2012 we brewed a little 2.8% Berliner Weisse. Its been sitting patiently over the intervening months as the Lactobacillus we inocluated it with has slowly but steadily worked its sour magic.
We plan this beer to be available in the late spring of 2013 - we don’t want to rush it, plus, we think this will be a beautiful beer to drink on a warm early summer evening.
