A: Amber coloring, clean clarity with a bubbly topped beige head of very slight retention. Visible carbonation was soft and slow, spacious, gently on the uprise. Lacing is clean on the vessel.
S: The nose is gentle in nature, soft caramel bread, with a faint, nobel flowery scent. Fairly clean, if you get down and close on this one there is some underyling mention of sweet toastediness and caramel that becomes a bit more apparent, ligth vienna sweetness, soft semi-dry apple peel and nobel flowers that are fresh and warming.
T: The flavor is bready, caramel, good dose of nobel flower hops on the opening. Crystal caramel, light apple peel, and munich.
M: Nice body, a bit heavier then traditional light drinking mass consumption German counter parts. More american and robust, syrupy thickness, leaves with a spicy bite of flowery hops and toasted caramel.
O: Overall nicely balanced, easy enough to drink, good nobel hop influence, munich-caramel fullness decent for a couple.
