Poured from growler within 12hrs.
A: Golden-lemony coloring with a good clarity and a thin, dirty chalky, skim topping. Soft spacious rise of carbonation.
S: Nose of fresh flowery hopping, touch of light lemon-saaz and a hints of dry straw. Grainy dry finish.
T: Flavor of dry straw like pilsner grains, warming flowery hops with a touch of dry lemon-saaz hopping. The flavor is very clean, done to traditional standards with a gentle kick of hop spiciness coming on the finish.
M: Light carbonation, decent fullenss, warming spicy flowery hops on the inner cheeks.
O: very cleanly brewed, nice clean pilsner base with warming nobel and spicy saaz hop compliments.Clean drinking, above average hopping, growler worthy beer for the pilsner lover who likes things traditional.
