On tap at the brewpub last night. Described as a German light lager in the menu
Arrived in a pint glass looking crystal clear, yellow body, decent white head that maintained, good carbonation. Lacing was also nice, though did not maintain much.
A good aroma of malt, a little yeast, some sweetness.
I really should drink more good lagers. This one has a nice crisp clean taste to it, with a sweet slighty malty, but full wash through the mouth. Came off as a bit stronger than the 5.4, but still managed to be light and thinner on the mouth. Ending up drinking it a bit faster than I should, paired as it was with the excellent house specialty pork shank.
Overall, enjoyed the entire beer experience with this one. THB always seems to do a good job with their lagers, and overall, I'm not big on most lagers. Kudos Herr Brewmeister.
