new offering on tap at the brewpub this afternoon.
Served in a snifter looking pretty nice. Dk Golden yellow with small but persistent white head. decent carbonation and lacing.
Honey, and a faint whiff of hops on the nose.
Taste, hello! A big wave of bitterness from the hops is followed by a sweet honey heavy wash. This is a pretty interesting experience. Every mouthful consistent, hops followed by honey. Liking this.
Mouth was between full and medium, a little on the dry side.
Overall, the best of 3 beers I tried this afternoon. Would be happy to see it still on when I return in a few weeks.
