On tap at the brewery. Pours a very appealing clear, golden-amber color with a persistent, off-white head. Initial impression is juicy citrus, floral notes, and tropical fruits, with a slight bitterness throughout. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Finish is slightly sweet; slightly sticky; leaves an appealing bitterness on the back of your tongue. Quite refreshing; thoroughly enjoyable.

-Growler within 12hr pour into a spiegelau ipa glass.

A: Dark, coppery pour reveals a faint, spacious, and lazy rise of effervesce with a good visibility rate. Bready textured head, one inch high, beige coloring, holds its own with a beefy lace stickage all the way down. Second pour produces a more thick lace stickage and head formation.

S: Lightly toasted bread aroma, faint wiff of flowery hops. Dried hop cones, flowery citrus, light aroma overall. Turkey hill has never been known to bring the house with a huge nose, more casually refined, last beer i was really impressed was their grapefruit league.

T: Deep toasted malty and flowery grapefruit and pine of modest intentions. Dried orange peel, lightly bittering, some flashes of hop oils sneak in. A good conclusion of dry hops move in on the finish adding some credibility back with some lemon peel, pine and some juicy hop oils supported by a toasty depth backing. bump.

M: Decent carbonation medium body, toasty malt depth lightly dry.

O: A solid drinker, decent growler fill, with just enough hops and bittering for respect while maintaining a casual and multiple drinking experience. It seems Turkey Hill is slowly dipping their toes into the deep end for hop offerings, now if they can translate that into an big aromatic nose and bring back their grapefruit league ipa that would be dandy.
