on tap on yesterday at the brewpub. Cask conditioned beer engine offering. Cellar temperature.
Arrives in a pint glass, hazy amber body with decent slightly off white head leaving some lacing.
There is the expected floral aroma.
Upon taste, the floral notes are there along with a light hoppiness.
mouth is around medium, finish is muted floral with a faint bitterness.
All in all, this Brit appreciates a cask conditioned ale now and then.
