Served on-tap at Turkey Hill.
A - Pours golden yellow with a thin film of white head leaving no lace at all on the glass. This one went dead fast.
S - Smells of pepper, hops, lightly toasted malt, and some light breadiness. This one is a little light on the nose, really had to struggle to even come up with anything.
T - Starts off with a bit of hop bitterness quickly giving way to a mix of light peppery spice, plenty of pale malt, and a touch of sweetness. Finish is dry with a lingering chewy feel.
M - Light body and flavor with moderately low carbonation. Pretty smooth at the start growing a little watery toward the end of the glass.
O - This one was good but far from great. It died in my glass after about five minutes, but the flavors where pretty good so it wasn't all bad.
