Bottle from BevMo-Santa Rosa. Brewed & bottled by Dukes in Diamond Springs, CA. Contract? Likely.Medium golden with soft skin of head, kind of flat. Faint malty, grainy aroma, light fruit, plums. Taste is even more subdued, almost watery. Weak. Kind of sweet, and then nothing. Very disappointing.

This is from a 12 oz bottle purchased from Corti Bros in Sacramento, CA. Poured a cloudy pale orange with almost no head. Nose is sour and kind of like a horse blanket. Not much mouthfeel. But it is the flavor that stops you in your tracks. It is awful. I am not sure what is in this but it is about as awful tasting a beer as I have seen in a long time. I regret having to write this negative of a review but both my brother and I were in complete agreement...this is a drainpour if you ever saw one. Gag.

Pours out of a big swing top 1L bottle. Beer is a cloudy gold color, with a nice thick white head.
Aromas are subtle, mostly yeasty, bread like, and spicy.
Beer has a very sweet and creamy malt character. There are some bready dough like flavors from the spicy yeasts. And a clean crisp finish. Just the slightest mineral hop flavor noted.
Mouthfeel is good, nice full feel with good carbonation.
Drinkability is ok. Not a great beer. But it's good enough, easy to drink, and with some nice malt flavors.
