Appearance: Poured from the 500mL plastic pull cap bottle into a large mug. The beer is a nearly pure black, yet with an apparent carbonation an lightness of body. Head was 2 and a half fingers and light brown.
Smell: Smell is faint with hints of light coffee and toast coming through, but only after digging a bit.
Taste: Nice and malty without overdoing it... obviously suited for the bulgarian taste, but still not bad. Caramel is apparent. Some faint chocolatiness in the finish.
Body: Light body with a good amount of carbonation. Not quite like cola... a little smoother.
