Very different tasting IPA with a lovely aftertaste and a very mild taste of grapefruit. Excellent ale.

Bright clear amber with loose beige froth that trails. 3.75
Big oily, floral nose with some tangerine rind and hints of grain husk. 3.75
Apricot, toffee, and autumn leaf then jaggedy cattiness, some grapefruit, and orange blossom hops. 4
Orange bark and passionfruit finish and long numbing linger.
Lt-med, oily, round. 4
Simcoe, Citra, Cascade
Label says they’re showcasing Cascade but (fortunately) that’s not quite true - there’s plenty of Citra grapefruit and Simcoe dank pissy pine. There’s also a hit of tobacco leaf going on I don’t like, and it’s a bit thin, too. Better than average but not superb, and not up to 8D’s sky high standards. 3.75
