Pours a light, hazy amber/yellow colour. Faint aromas of floral hops and citrus hops, not much to it. Tastes slightly sweet, but mostly citrus and floral hops, with a medium-bitterness throughout; somewhat dry mouthfeel. Didn't get much of the witbier, but loved the hops in it.

Cloudy luminous lemon with a ribbon of white crust. 3.75
Some rubber, lots of flowers, and musty lemon rind. 4
Cream cracker, a big whack of pencil eraser phenols, some heavy lemon zest hops, with hints of lime and underripe kiwi. 4
Pepper cracker comeback and mild zest linger.
Creamy, round, almost medium. 4
Pacific Jade, Southern Cross
Hops are sure there - 55 IBUs keep everything in check. The thing about this one is it brings big flavors but finishes so clean - almost dies, actually. A little stern to session - think of it as an IPA - I could see where this kills as a food beer. 3.75
