Have given very high ratings because well, it is a very good summer seasonal IPA. I love the hops!

Slightly hazy pale orange with a clingy crust of off white that speckles. 4
Booming pineapple, orange rind, flowers, papaya, and resin nose. 4.25
Toffee and apricot, then clean white pine, some guava, tangelo, and herb oil. 4.25
Citrus + mint end and lingering earthy bitterness.
Crisp, some oil, light more than medium. 4
Cascade, Amarillo, Vic Secret
Wow, does this pack a lot into a small package. Hops get not just crazy Aussie fruit but flecks of real white pepper and aspirin bitterness. There’s a real malt thread and it never feels watery. It does thin out a bit and get simpler in as it warms, but it keeps the snap throughout.
8 Degrees romp again. 4.25

330ml bottle bought from Lighthouse Wines, Jordanstown
Poured a golden amber colour with a slight haze... White head poured fairly thick and foamy then faded to decent light covering... light carbonation... good sticky lacing lines cling to the glass...
Aroma - Light caramel maltiness mixed with a good blast of citrusy and peppery hops, pine, nice tart fruits (grapefruit, light orange), very floral, quite grassy, faint honey sweetness, light breadiness, some sea salt...
Taste - Nice grassy and citrus hop bitterness, light pine, grapefruits, light orange marmalade, light sweet biscuit and caramel malts, peppery, some salty notes, floral and perfumed...
Feel - Quite smooth with a little bite underneath... light / medium body. Very, very quaffable and refreshing...
Overall - A excellent, straightforward, hoppy and very sessionable pale ale... recommended...
