1.5 finger head, light amber body. Medium thick malt base and hoppy character, taste is a mixture of the the residual sweetness of an IPA but watery refreshing follow through of a lager with a wallop of hops. Interesting lager and good stuff.
Shame this is retired! But I review anyway in case they bring it back which they hopefully will.

Pours a cloudy, honey/orange colour. Smells of earthy hops and malts. Tastes a bit heavy-bodied, dry malts, bitter, grainy, like a pale-lager taste, but much more rounded.

Lumpy off white that rings over bright gold. 4
Melon, lemon shaved ice, grapefruit oil, a touch of herb. 4
Touch of oyster cracker, then piles of Citra cutting citrus with hints of lychee and honeydew. 4.5
Lemon balm end and humming linger.
Crisp, light, some oil. 4
Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Cascade
Incredible. Hops on top of hops - super-cutting quenching citrus. Crazy that this is 5%. Best Irish IPL by a country mile. 4.5
