Dark mahogany brown, clear. Light malty aromas, a little toasty, a little smoke, and a bit of nutty bitter hop. Tastes like it smells; light cereal malts, hint of maple sugar, nm else,. Hint of smoke and bitter hop at the finish.

Chestnut with tan film. 4
Touch of phenols, carob and earth. 3.75
Cocoa + apples, cacao husks in the middle, nut loaf, a hint of phenols and a tightening ending. 3.75
Almost medium, crisp, slight cling. 4
Not much smoke. Richer and more interesting as it warms, but still the light side of brown. Drinkability over substance. 3.75
