Very dark brown almost black. Mocha nose, with slightly bitter nutty notes. Tastes sour brett, roasty notes raisin and dates, lingering bitter but not enough. Chewy molasses but dry finish. Burnt brown sugar.

Coffee, winter spice, and wood. 4
Polish chocolate-covered plum spice cakes! Hints of red wine barrel, berry, and funk, too. 4.5
Roasty end.

Christmas! Balanced but not too sweet, no burn, deep flavours… I want more Brett but this is seriously lovely stuff. 4.5
