CAN
Amber with puffy ocre head; sour milk then toffee crisp, orange rind, and cantaloupe nose; caramel front, Seville peel, a rough, earthy thing in the middle, papaya, some menthol, pine sap; lingering bitterness, salty.
Vic Secret, Enigma
4 3.25 3.75 4 3.5
Old school, in that there’s plenty of crystal, pine + IBUs both. Funny to taste Aussie hops that aren’t all juice in a NEIPA. But some flaws - bizzare whiff straight out of the can, there’s some brown paper oxidation, and the Enigma is mostly lost. Doesn’t really hang together.
